  • No report or product has already been delivered to the customer.

  • The service has not been marked as completed or fulfilled.

  • If the report or service has already been delivered, no refund will be granted, regardless of the timeframe.

  • Refunds are not applicable for issues that arise after the report has been sent, even if within the 3-day period.
