1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with our service. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The report was not delivered to your email within the specified timeframe (usually 12-24 hours).
  • The report contains significant technical errors that prevent it from being read.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same report.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The vehicle has no records in our database. A "No Records Found" report is still a valid report.
  • You provided an incorrect VIN or license plate number.
  • You changed your mind after the report has been generated and delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@historivin.store with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

4. Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
